A Beautiful Spring Day to Remember
There's something thrilling about gathering around a fire on a beautiful spring day. As guests arrived at 11am, they were greeted with refreshing drinks and the sight of Sally Iddles prepping one of her unforgettable culinary experiences.

From Flame to Feast
Sally’s Fabulous Food truly lived up to her name. With over 20 years of experience hosting events across London and the home counties, her expertise shone through in every dish.
We learned how to transform simple ingredients into showstoppers using the wood-fired oven the Kamado Joe and the Bull BBQ. The vibrant wood-roasted beetroot hummus had everyone dipping and chatting. The whipped feta with wild garlic and blistered tomatoes disappeared in minutes!
But the star of the show? That butterflied leg of lamb with wild garlic, rosemary, and anchovy. As Sally sliced into that perfectly cooked meat, revealing its juicy interior—we were all imagining how impressed our friends would be if we recreated this at home.
More Than Just Cooking
What struck me most wasn't just the incredible food—it was how the outdoor cooking experience brought everyone together; shaping quick flatbreads from Delivita dough, sharing tips and our own cooking stories. Finally indulging in the vanilla roasted rhubarb with pistachios and clotted cream.
