The Flammkraft Smoker Box is a two-part box for adding wood smoke flavour to food cooked on a gas grill. It is made from thick-walled V2A stainless steel, and the lid lifts off so the box is easy to fill.
Fill it with soaked wood chips, sit it over a burner set to a low heat, and use the burner to control how much smoke it gives off. The Flammkraft name is cut into the lid and works as the smoke vent.
It measures 24 x 16 x 5 cm. The box gets very hot in use, so move it with grill tongs or another suitable tool.
