Grill Guru Cast Iron Half-Moon Griddle

The Grill Guru Cast Iron Half-Moon Griddle is a 42 cm half-round cooking plate made for the Large size Grill Guru kamado models.

You can use either side. The ribbed side is designed for steak and marinated meat and lets juices drain away while it cooks. The other side is a flat griddle surface.

It covers only half of the cooking area, so you can still use the standard stainless steel grid on the other half. It is black cast iron with a small tab at each end.
