Grill Guru Drip Pan Compact

The Grill Guru Drip Pan Compact is a round, shallow 22 cm pan for the Compact size Grill Guru kamado models. It catches the juices and fat that come off food as it cooks. It is used with the Grill Guru Plate Setter, collecting drippings that would otherwise leak and cause too much smoke.

The pan has a dark grey-black finish, gently sloping sides and a rolled rim. You can use the juices it collects to add extra flavour to meat or fish. Hand wash only.
