Grill Guru Drip Pan Large

The Grill Guru Drip Pan Large is a round, shallow pan with sloping sides and a black finish. It is made by Grill Guru for kamado cooking with the Plate Setter, when the food is cooked indirectly.

The pan sits beneath the food and catches fat and juices as they drip. If those drippings land on the hot coals or the Plate Setter, they can cause a lot of smoke, so catching them helps keep the smoke under control.

You can also use the juices it collects to add flavour, for example by pouring them over meat or fish once it has finished cooking.
