The Grill Guru Pizza & Baking Stone Compact is a round stone for baking pizza on the Compact size Grill Guru kamado. It measures 26 cm across and is 1.5 cm thick.
Grill Guru makes the stone from cordierite ceramic and fires it at very high temperatures, so it can handle the high heat used for stone-baked pizza. It has a pale, plain finish.
Grill Guru recommends using the stone with a plate setter or heat deflector underneath, which helps stop the base of the pizza from burning.
