The Grill Guru Pizza & Baking Stone Large is a round 38cm stone for baking pizza on a Grill Guru ceramic kamado barbecue. It gives you a stone-oven style bake from your outdoor grill.
The stone is made from cordierite ceramic, fired at very high temperatures, so it can handle the heat needed for baking pizza. It is 1cm thick.
Grill Guru recommends using the stone together with a plate setter or heat deflector, so the base of the pizza does not burn.
