The Grill Guru Pizza & Baking Stone Medium is a round ceramic stone, 36cm in diameter, for baking pizzas on a ceramic kamado barbecue.
It is made from cordierite ceramic, which Grill Guru fires at very high temperatures, so the stone copes with the high heat used for stone-oven style pizza. Grill Guru notes that it has the same properties as its platesetter stone.
The stone has a plain, light cream finish. Please ask us which Grill Guru kamado it suits before ordering.
