This class covers the fundamentals of cooking low and slow on a bbq.
You'll consume the delicious food cooked during the event and will consist of 4-5 of the following:
- Pork belly burnt ends
- Beef Short Ribs
- St Louis style Spare Ribs
- Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder
- Smoked spatchcock chicken
- Pulled Pork butt
- Stuffed bacon wrapped chilli poppers
Plus a variety of sides.
