Location: Kitchen in the Garden @ Cedar Nursery.

This class covers the fundamentals of cooking low and slow on a bbq. 

You'll consume the delicious food cooked during the event and will consist of 4-5 of the following:

• Pork belly burnt ends
• Beef Short Ribs
• St Louis style Spare Ribs
• Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder
• Smoked spatchcock chicken
• Pulled Pork butt
• Stuffed bacon wrapped chilli poppers

Plus a variety of sides.
