The Napoleon Apollo Smoker delivers professional-grade smoking performance with exceptional control and durability. Three cooking levels provide flexible space for large quantities, while three adjustable inlet vents let you fine-tune heat precisely for perfect results every time. Heavy-duty 304 stainless steel grids withstand intense heat, and the innovative Accu-Probe temperature gauge ensures accuracy. The rotisserie ring expands your cooking possibilities, whilst adjustable smoke control lets you customize flavour intensity. Locking wheels offer convenient mobility, and the insulated lid handle keeps you safe. Larger doors with insulated handles, silicone-sealed temperature probe ports, and secure locking toggle latches on each section combine to create a robust, reliable smoker built for serious barbecue enthusiasts.
