An introduction to the joys of real bread, all in a small, fun, hands on class run by Amelia from Amelia's Bakehouse, using the wood-fired ovens at Kitchen in the Garden.

You will learn how to knead, shape and bake a variety of breads as well as some of the science behind it. Each class includes all equipment, ingredients, snacks of bread and dips throughout the class, recipes and a loaf and piece of focaccia to take home. 

Breads we will make include:

  • White Farmhouse Loaf
  • American Corn Bread with cheddar & jalapenos
  • Garlic Bread Rolls
  • Stuffed Flat Bread
  • Focaccia
