The Le Panyol 100 Bread Oven is a KIT model, designed to be integrated into a masonry structure

With a cooking surface of a metre in diameter, the Le Panyol 100 raises the bar. You can cook eight dishes at the same time, place 12kg of bread on the hearth or send out a whopping 60 pizzas per hour. And thanks to the quality of our refractory white clay, you’ll only need 12-15kg of wood to fire it up. 

The Model 100 is a versatile professional grade wood fired oven that excels in smaller commercial spaces the tool of the trade for chefs, pizzaiolo and artisan bakers alike.
