The Le Panyol 66 Bread Oven is a KIT model, designed to be integrated into a masonry structure

The very first model in the Liberty range, the compact size and small volume make it the perfect solution for tighter spaces (130cmx125cm, including cladding). It only needs 4-6kg of wood to heat up, gets up to cruising temperature (400°C) in just an hour and a half and allows you to bake 5kg of bread in one run - or 20 pizzas in an hour. This is the ideal oven for day to day use, perfect when you bake regularly for a small household.
